Where we came from
Founded in 2015 on the conviction that geographic borders are not a measure of capability. Africa's working-age population is growing faster than any other region's, and its professionals are still overlooked for international roles. As of September 2026: 3,500 professionals across 38 African countries, and 300+ client companies.

We work the way we ask our clients to: Tunga has been distributed from the start, and many of us have built and run distributed teams ourselves. Everyone on our account team has been with Tunga for at least four years, so the person you talk to stays the same.
