Onboarding
After the developers have passed their tests, they are welcomed to our developer pool, which now consists of over 650 developers. From this moment on, they are ready for our onboarding process.
Planning the interviews
Our Talent department screens our database, connect with developers and makes a selection of developers that will fit a specific job description and company culture.
At your convenience, we will organize an interview with the developer.
The actual interview
At each interview, a Tunga operative is present to facilitate the conversation. It is of great importance that the focus of the interview is aimed at a company getting to know the developer and vice versa. Therefore, we also ask the developer to prepare questions he or she might have.
Post-interview
It is possible for a company to want to test the developer by means of its own challenge. In that case, Tunga will ask for information about the test (what do they expect from the test and how much time does it take). Normally, the tests shouldn’t take longer than 3 hours.
After the interview, we hope that both the developer and the company have a clear perspective of each other, what requirements are needed and that both have the feeling that they make the right decision. If there are any doubts, we do our best to clarify them or come up with a fitting solution.
The actual onboarding
The last step in the matching process, and the first step in the collaboration between the developer and the client, is making sure the developer makes a great start at a company. We do this during a joint onboarding call where we discuss the working conditions for the developer, such as working hours, tools needed for the job, etc. We will also discuss the feedback schemes we have at Tunga to make our collaboration run as smoothly as possible. These feedback forms are there to ensure both the company and the developer stay satisfied, even after onboarding. From then onward, we have a continuous role to improve the collaboration.
