Our collaboration with Broekhuis began in the vibrant summer of 2023 when Tunga reached out to explore potential synergies. After some insightful meetings, both teams were eager to embark on this new adventure. Broekhuis initially integrated one Tunga developer into their team, eventually expanding to five at the peak of development, demonstrating the flexibility and scalability of our partnership.

One significant factor that makes our relationship unique is how Broekhuis has maintained a flexible IT team based on their current needs without the hassle or financial commitment of layoffs and hiring. They began with one developer; at one point, they increased to five developers from Tunga, and at another point, they reduced their number to two developers. Now, we have three Tunga developers with Broekhuis.

The Transformation
Currently, with a balanced team composition of ten local and ten remote IT professionals, Broekhuis continues to thrive, leveraging the diverse and skilled expertise of developers like Clement Omiwale, Edidiong Etuk, and Emmanuel Obute, all from Nigeria, who bring specialized knowledge in Drupal/PHP, DevOps, and Python, respectively.
