Talent Manager

Tunga is on a mission to create cool jobs for African youth. We do this by seconding software programmers from Africa (virtually) to companies all over the world. Tunga has a pool of over 850 talented software programmers in 24 African countries. The operational headquarters is in Kampala (Uganda) and the commercial headquarters in Amsterdam and The Hague. We were founded in 2015 and have served more than 200 customers in 12 countries since then. Our clients have a diverse profile: corporates, SMEs, startups, scaleups and NGOs. The main reason they choose Tunga is that they want to quickly and affordably bring a high-quality software product to the market or put it into use. Something that is becoming increasingly difficult given the scarcity of programmers in the west.
